Wednesdays weekly for 8 weeks - 7pm - 8pm @ Unit 5 Crown Quay Lane, Sittingbourne ME10 3ST starting Wednesday 30th June
During this 8 week course we will be working closely with you to get your physical and mental health back on track and working towards dropping a dress size through good nutrition, fitness and movement, lifestyle balance and also looking at other influencial factors.
This programme includes food diaries, body analysis, workout programmes, facebook support group, email support,
1-2-1 support, nutrition and meal ideas and support. No magic pills, no potions and shakes, instead a programme to help you loose fat and keep it off. Bye Bye Yo-Yo dieting.
Each week will also include a live fitness session at your chosen location so you will need a mat and some resistance bands all which can be purchased online for a low cost price.
Once you have signed up more details will be sent out about the type of resistance bands you need.
