Wednesdays weekly for 8 weeks - 7pm - 8pm @ Regis Manor Primary school Sittingbourne
starting Wednesday 6th October

During this 8 week course we will be working closely with you to get your relationship with food and nutrition back on track and working towards dropping a dress size through good nutrition, movement, lifestyle balance and also looking at other influencial factors.
This programme includes food diaries, body analysis, workout programmes, facebook support group, email support,
1-2-1 support, nutrition and meal ideas and support. No magic pills, no potions and shakes, instead a programme to help you loose fat and keep it off. Bye Bye Yo-Yo dieting.
Each week we will come together for a body analysis session, discuss the food diaries and look at new topics each week to help you on your journey with new targets being set each week.
This will NOT be a diet, it will be a programme to offer you a long term lifestyle change.
